My Thoughts On Sano By Mephisto Shoes

I love the fact that these shoes are able to help me burn calories while toning and tightening my buttocks, as well as both my abdominal and my leg muscles.  This is because they help you improve your posture.  They will also promote good blood circulation throughout your entire body.  It is great to simply be able to put on a pair of shoes and know that I can improve my physical condition.
 
As you can clearly see, these shoes are so much more than just footwear to me.  They are a total exercise experience.  While I have tried on other types of walking shoes, I chose the Sano by Mephisto shoes because they are better made and a lot more comfortable than any other brand that is on the market today.

Walking In Sano By Mephisto Shoes

Whenever I first put these shoes on, I had to get comfortable walking in them.  This is because when you first wear them you feel as if you should be walking on the balls of your feet.  So, the first time that I put these shoes on I was surprised by just how many different muscles I was actually using.  Nevertheless, I really didn’t mind this because these shoes were helping to strengthen both my balance and my precision.  While all of this is great, there is one word of caution that does need to be mentioned.  If you are like me and find yourself walking up a lot of hills or otherwise rock backwards on your heels, you may want to look for another pair of shoes.  This is because the heel of these shoes are angled in such a way that you are forced to rest more on the ball of your foot, thus making it more difficult for me to walk up a hill.  I don’t mind this so much because it continues strengthening my legs.  Otherwise these shoes are great.

My Final Thoughts

These shoes are greatly growing in demand because they are not only very comfortable but they are also available in a lot of different styles and designs.  With all of the great advantages that Sano by Mephisto Shoes offer for your feet, it is no wonder that they are becoming so popular.
