MBT shoes have always been a favorite of mine. But the new MBT Jambo has set a new standard for MBT. These shoes have a retro coolness to them, and are, dare I say...the most comfortable shoes MBT has come out with to date.

The Jambo is a low profile MBT shoe with a traditional canvas sneaker design. If it were not for the MBT logo on the side of the shoe, it would be hard to distinguish it from other canvas sneakers. It has an urban look that will attract a whole new audience that may not like the look of most MBT shoes.

The look of the Jambo is only part of the story. This is a true comfort shoe. The beveled heel and the rocker bottom design make each stride smooth and effortless.  And the padding in the sole and footbed reduce shock more than other MBT Shoes I've worn.

The Masai sensor is hidden in the sole of the shoe, which quality helps to give the Jambo its low profile, classic sneaker look. You don't have as much give in the heel as other MBTs, but you still get the same physical results.

The Jambo, like all the new MBTs, does not come in half sizes. If you like a snug fit, and wear a half size, then I would buy the shoes that fall within your shoe size. If you like a looser fit, and like added room in the toe box, I would go with a half size up. If the shoe is slightly large, you can wear thicker socks.
