The Dansko Nevada and Delilah boots are the best boots I have ever purchased. You might think that is an exaggeration, but it really is not. They are incredibly comfortable - and I think that they are wickedly stylish. With all of the quality and comfort that you come to expect from the Dansko Company, their boot collections are outstanding - from the high fashion styles to the rugged outdoor boots.
Dansko boots are actually harder to find than you might think - despite how amazing they are. I found both of my pairs at My Favorite Dansko Retailer, and I intend to go back for more! They have the best selection (including a lot of hard to find shoes) and the best prices I have found.
As a boot fanatic, I have searched for and tried a lot of different boots by a many different manufacturers. At the end of day, Dansko just makes a better product.
Dansko has really cornered the market on making shoes and boots that can be worn all day long no matter what your profession or activity. The fit and comfort of their shoes extends to their boots and you will not find a better fashion boot out there.
There are a lot of different styles available. The following are the most popular ones. There are others, but these are the ones that I feel are the most attractive and blend together the ultimate comfort of Dansko boots with the current trends.
The Bella
Subtle diamond detail on the side gives a modern, chic look to this classic riding boot.
2 3/4 inch heel, brown, black, black suede
The Tyra
The combination of leather and suede in the upper create a simple and refined look. Some people feel that the calf is too slim and the ankle too loose. As with any boot, though, leather will adjust to the unique contours as everyone's calves and ankles are different. That said, these boots are best suited to those ladies with evenly proportioned calves and ankles. 3 inch heel, brown nappa/suede, black nappa/suede
The Tiffany Ankle
Chunky 3 inch heels and combination of leather and suede make this a unique ankle boot that you won't want to hide under pants. A great modern twist to a simple fashion standard.
Black leather/suede, brown leather/suede
The Delilah
Classically cute, this riding boot can be used for riding or anything else. Love this boot!
Knee high.1 inch heel, veg-tan, buttons
The Nevada
This is one cool looking boot that has a classic country rugged feel to it while still looking incredibly sleek and sophisticated.
2 3/4 inch heel, khaki, beige, and tan
The Scout Ankle
A surprising classy looking all-weather, all purpose boot. These boots can withstand the roughest winters and provide excellent traction and support on slippery surfaces, and they still look cute doing it! 2 inch heel, brown brush off and black brush off.
No matter which boot you choose, these boots represent the Dansko in both comfort and style.
An obvious fan, read what others have to say, just in case you're still uncertain.
"How does Dansko manage to make such a perfect boot every time? The Nevada is an awesome riding boot that I wear with the horses and they still look incredible on date night!"
"Comfort, support, durable. Yup, it's a Dansko. I don't want to take off my Bellas even after wearing them at work for 8 hours."
"Weathering tough winters in the Northeast, I will never wear another boot than the Scout. I tried other ones but they don't have enough traction and they don't last all winter - the weather damages them too much. Not the Scout. They're still kicking come spring!"
What I love about Dansko boots is that I put them on in the fall with my jeans, leave them on through winter with my snow pants, and I'm still wearing them with skirts in the spring. Check out My Favorite Dansko Retailer today to get your pair.
