History of shoe manufacturer:
The creation of Chung Shi AuBioMo shoes was brought about by German design and technology combined with Asian wisdom, and technical knowledge of the Statfild plant in South Korea. Technical and scientific knowledge combined with meticulous craftsmanship are the components needed to make the Statfild production plant famous in a country notorious for manufacturing superb shoes.
But what fundamentals are Chung Shi shoe based on? Thousands of years ago, Asians would work long hours each day in the rice fields bending over, hurting muscles in their feet, legs, hips, and back. In the evenings, they would walk on pieces of bamboo whose uneven surfaces would massage the bottoms of their feet and realign muscles throughout their bodies. Based on this knowledge, years of the development of orthopedics, and health experts combined helped create the corrections the Chung Shi shoe makes to those with chronic foot pain.
You can purchase Chang Shi Shoes from http://www.chungshiusa.com which is the online store for Foot Solutions. Or you may want to consider finding a Foot Solutions store near you. There are 250 stores worldwide where returns can be made within 30 days after purchase. Of course, they only accept unworn or defective shoes.
If you should happen to have pain in your feet that just won’t go away, Chung Shi shoes may be just what you’re looking for. Walking in Chung Shi shoes stimulates more muscles enabling you to burn more calories. Though, these shoes are not a weight loss solution, they do make running and walking more efficient than when wearing regular shoes. Each pair of Chung Shi shoes:
Are Chung Shi shoes really what they’re cracked up to be? They force you to stand up straight and make your legs work twice as hard as regular shoes while walking. Some claim they give you a rather wobbly, tipsy feeling until you’re used to them. Other customers experienced pain for days, caused by wearing them. All Chung Shi shoes have an angled arch and would cause extreme pain and misery if worn by flat footed people. Hence, people with flat feet should avoid them at all costs. Also keep in mind that these shoes are rather expensive typically ranging from $200 to $300 per pair as compared to similar rivals as MBT. Overall, there were few positive reviews and many Chung Shi shoe purchasers don’t feel they quite live up to their claims.
Again, Chung Shi aims to offer a variety of health benefits by providing a workout without the need of going to a gym. They do so by stimulating various muscles, improving blood circulation, and respiratory fitness. At the same time they enable their wearers to burn more calories while walking than normal shoes. Still, most of these shoes are rather pricey. So if you’re affluent and don’t mind taking a gamble in finding those perfect body building shoes, do some research before purchasing a pair of Chung Shi shoes.

When you first get these shoes you should only wear them for 20-30 minutes a day. Then work your way up to a couple hours a day. I would not wear them all day, every day. It is also a good idea to switch your shoes up every now and then.
After wearing six months of the chung shi shoes, I am starting to feel lower back pain. But I don't wear it constantly, only if I have to work out or step out to run some errands. At night time, I wear heels or some sort flats. So, I'm not sure whether the pain is from the heels I wear at night or its coming from chung shi shoes. Can anyone tell me how many hours I am allowed to wear them or is it ok to wear other shoes.
Dear Anonymous: I'm sorry to hear that Chung Shi shoes aren't working for you. We have many satisfied customers who benefit immensely from these shoes. Please stop by your local Foot Solutions store to have one of our Certified Pedorthists provide you with a free foot evaluation, in order to get to the bottom of the biomechanical deficiency. Regards, C. Johannsen, C.Ped.
I wore my Chung Shi walking shoes just a couple of times after I bought them three years ago. I started feeling pain in my left foot and ankle. I put them aside for a couple of weeks and then tried them once more. Ever since, I have had terrible pain in my foot and ankle. I have tried numerous therapies, costing thousands of dollars. Nothing has helped. I believe I will have pain for the rest of my life. I cannot walk far, dance or do much exercise. I would not recommend these shoes to anybody. They are very dangerous!
