Technically You Are Right

I signed off on the title of this review, and I agree with you in that Aetrex Lynco Orthotics are not custom made for a particular individual's foot. Although I have paid a couple hundred dollars for custom orthotics made by a Podiatrist and I prefer my Lynco Orthotics.

These are a much less expensive alternative. And they are light years better than the inserts that come in even the most expensive shoes.

So technically you are right, but in no way were we attempting to deceive anyone. No were in this review is it implied these orthotics are custom made for each individuals foot.

Not really Custom Foot Orthotics

The only real way to get truly custom foot orthotics is to get a gait assessment, be cast and have custom made foot orthotics made by certified professional such as a Certified Orthotist or Pedorthist. If an assessment is made by using a Pedograph (ink of the bottom of your foot), or by a non professional (such as the customer or a shoe clerk) then it is only a crude guess at what brought them to needing foot orthotics in the first place. By calling low, medium or high, custom is doing a disservice to your product and it's customers. I believe your product is as good or better than what is available 'off the shelf', but it is clearly not custom. I don't mean to be disrespectful, only accurate.
