There are several different models of Aetrex Lynco Orthotics available.  Each model focuses on a different type of shoe or activity that I plan to do.  For instance, I have a pair for in my dress shoes and a different pair that I use for whenever I work out but they also have some for diabetics, casual use and even golfing.  Now within each of these there are also models that have been designed for low, medium and high arches.  There are even some that have metatarsal pads in them, thus providing additional cushioning for the ball of your foot.  Once I decided upon the appropriate model, I also knew that I would need to go down a size since I wear a half size.  In other words, I wear a size 7 ½ normally, so with the Aetrex Lynco Orthotics I had to purchase a size 7.

I especially like the fact that these orthotics are able to sweep moisture away from my feet and allow the air to circulate so that my feet can breathe comfortably.  Of course, it is great to know that they are lightweight, resilient and very supportive too.
